At times when awakening our consciousness is more important than ever, we invite you to join us for our monthly Shivaratri meditation. 

FREE event, hosted at our Soma Yoga Scotland. Please arrive between 21.00-15.15, so we can have a brief introduction of the meditation, and at 21.30 sharp we will be starting the meditation itself in unison with many other yogis who are also full of aspiration to awaken their consciousness with the help of Shiva, the Supreme Masculine Ideal.  

Please join in, and feel free to invite any one of your friends and relatives who you think would enjoy doing this meditation together with thousands of yogis all around the world and at the same time, they would get a chance to meet our Soma Yoga School in Scotland.
