During the "stay at home" period, SOMA YOGA SCOTLAND continues to offer classes, bringing them to the comfort of your home, by running them ONLINE. Yoga practice is very helpful in both dealing with the added stress of these times, and with improving the heath of your immune system, thus increasing your chance to stay healthy and virus free.  We look forward to meeting you. 

Drop-in classes

Drop-in classes are an opportunity for everyone to find out more about Yoga and practice as part of a group.  No previous experience is necessary as the teacher will guide you through the poses.  These classes are purely practical without any theory.

Sun Salutation and Morning yoga - Start your day with this warming and energetic yoga practice.

Yin/Yang Yoga - find your balance and harmony by practising polar postures.

Angels Yoga - we start these sessions by connecting to our guardian angels, and some of the Archangels, and then practice our Yoga paying attention to perceiving their help.

Yoga with Love - a session dedicated to awakening our heart to Love and learning how to become more centred in our spiritual Heart

Heart Meditation on Godly Attributes - as part of the Atman Yoga and Meditation Federation, every Saturday we meditate focused on one of the Godly Attributes, aiming to bring into our being every time that specific energy, which is always of a godly nature, always constant and within access. This is done in unison with other yoga schools, so it is a wonderful chance for you to experience through direct practice the power of unison practice, and benefit from the common subtle energetic field created by the power of the unison.
