During the "stay at home" period, SOMA YOGA SCOTLAND continues to offer classes, bringing them to the comfort of your home, by running them ONLINE. Yoga practice is very helpful in both dealing with the added stress of these times, and with improving the heath of your immune system, thus increasing your chance to stay healthy and virus free.  We look forward to meeting you.

I was looking for such a school for many years before I found this one.

I tried many different courses and yoga schools before, but non was satisfactory enough on so many different levels.

Doing simple yogic exercises with the necessary awareness and purification techniques helped me to transform my life completely.

My physical, mental and emotional health has improved. Also my concentration and memory have improved. I can read more books in shorter period of time and memorise more. It shapes my character to become a better person.

Pushes me beyond the limits of my ego and plays the main role on the journey of self-discovery and self-realization. This school keeps me busy all year round with variation of interesting events, meditations retreats and camps abroad. It is affordable for anyone who is perseverant and determined.
